The room I got wasn't great. It felt a bit small and worn. Two lamps didn't work. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, that was annoying, and one of the drawers wouldn't stay closed. I had to jam it shut with tissues every day, I wasn't happy about this though.

i adored how near everything was. walking to shops was so simple. the staff was so friendly, always ready to help. i was very happy with the location and service.
The street noise do penetrate the windows. It do disturb a bit.

My visit included access to a rooftop pool. It presented a lovely area for relaxation. I also used the gym. This amenity is always a plus for me. I found the location allowed for much sightseeing by foot.
The lobby seemed small. The furniture was outdated. Lighting in my room was limited. It affected the ambiance. The bathroom had an odd design. The staff was also rude!

The hotel charged my card a security deposit. they did not RESERVE the amount like most hotels. They actually debited it. I found out about this at checkout, NOT before. there were very few places in the room to hang towels. SERIOUSLY annoyed by this.

i appreciated that i received an upgrade to a river view room upon arrival the gesture was thoughtful i also enjoyed a welcome drink after a long trip the roof top swimming pool gave amazing views overlooking the river. buffet breakfast featured quality food and i found the staff to be friendly.
the road outside the hotel can get very noisy in the evenings i could hear it from my room sometimes and i think soundproofing could be improved.
